I 've located downloadable service manuals online, but is there any downloadable Owner's Manuals for 99 TJ?

Thanks Bro! I appreciate your help. I talked to a buddy of mine that works for the local Jeep house, and he said he could order one free of charge. Unfortunatly it's gonna take about six weeks to get in. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers.
