Default TJ soft top recommendations

My buddy just bought a 2000 TJ with a hard top only (no soft top hardware). He's looking to buy a soft top and I'm looking for recommendations.

I've had the Bestop "SuperTop" before on a YJ and think it's a real pain in the #$% to operate. I also have experience with a factory TJ top from my old 97 TJ and I think it was very easy to use. Is the Bestop "SunRider" top easy to put up/down? Is it as easy as the factory style tops? I'm hesitant to go to the dealer for a factory version because of price ($1000 w/tinted windows) but I have a feeling it's easier to operate than the Bestop aftermarket versions. Anyone with experience with the Bestop "SunRider" I would appreciate any feedback you have.

Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that Bestop is the company that makes the soft tops for Chrysler-Jeep.

My '06 TJ came stock with a sunrider top. It can be put up or down in a matter of minutes, and just to let you know this is my first Jeep.

I have a friend that owns a YJ and he stopped putting his soft top on it years ago because he says
to put it up or take it down is a real pain in the butt and not worth the trouble.
So now for him it's...Hard top or no top.

Here, check out this site, QUADRATEC they sell all things JEEP
http://www.quadratec.com/Showcases/Bestop/

Hope this helps you

PS: I was just looking at the Bestop set up and it looks like the frame from bestop
is set up differently than the stock Jeep top. So I don't know if it would be any easier
or harder to work with compaired to the stock top.
