I have a '99 Sahara. Every once in a while, especially when I start it on a colder morning, I have difficulties shifting into second. Sometimes I even have to double clutch. Is this a problem or just a quirk of the 5-speed? If it is a problem, please tell me it's a relatively inexpensive fix.

 

this happened to my TJ (97) over the weekend. i just made sure to let it warm up a bit before i started driving.

it didnt happen yesterday or this morning though.
