where to get a hard top on the cheap?

Default where to get a hard top on the cheap?
my dad is looking to get a 2002-2006 Jeep but needs a hard top because it will be outside all winter. There are very few for sale with a hard top but many for sale with a soft. I'm looking to find a hard top for under 1000$ or less. any ideas?

a hard top for under 1K will be a very rare find. I have a soft top and my Jeep sits outside year round no problem.
