I can't wait to get to that point of BBQing on the trail. But we are always go go go. Always want to see more and go more. But this is cool just to see what other people do when they are out exploring

I was thinking of making a spare tire mount for the jeep for one of those huge Lumberjack frying pans. Hehe...that would be awesome.

Did this on Hells Revenge over Labor Day. Did not want to cook when I got back to camp. Don't put the beer in though.

I re-purposed my air compressor mount into my cooking tray. Took an old BBQ basket, cut it up and mounted it to bracket. Positions it right over the exhaust manifold. I've cooked everything from steak, shrimp, steamed veggies, hot dogs, I can't remember everything we've cooked on trail.
