I just changed my tires to 285/70 17R ... Previously it was 265/70 17R . do I need to change gear ratio.. when I initially changed my 245/75 16R stock tires in to 265/70 17R, JEEP service did change tire size in the system, but now it's only a minor change from 265 to 285 .. still do I need to change gear ratio

Most people don't even bother since it's so minor going from a 32 to a 33. Now if you were going up to 35 's or high then yes you would need to get new gears.
