It is brand new, still in the packaging.

I don't see any screws where my grab handle is

 

Not sure if it will fit.

If you pop off the end caps on your handle, you will see the bolts.

 

Are you looking to swap for the entire light trim? Im digging the darker color.

I have the light trim and want to swap. Mine are 2 weeks old...no scratches

 

The vents are tentatively sold, all I have left is the grab handle insert.

Swapping would be best for me.

I would have to send from Vancouver BC.

Obviously local makes more sense but I am open.

Well, the 2011 grab handle will technically bolt up to the 2007-2010 dash just fine, it can be a direct swap. You would have to order the handle first then install this trim piece on it.

You will have to decide if you want the 2011 look grab handle on your 07-10 style dash.
