I've got a deal with a local SoCal JK owner but thanks everyone for the jealous input.
The fact is that for half doors are in demand now so it's a seller's market. Like all things in life, it's not how much you pay for an item it's how much buyers are willing to pay for it. Econ 101. Grow up...
Case in point. You think a house in SC or FL is worth the same than a house in San Diego even though it costs pretty much the same to build it? Nooooooo...

Supply and demand. Not worth it to me, or anyone who posted in here, but he found someone to take his deal, so that's good news for him. I'm sure the person who laid out the 1000 bucks is probably happy to have them too, or he wouldn't have paid it, so there aren't any real losers in the deal.
