The only hard piece thats long I see may be the piece that attaches the bottom gasket to the glass. Im keeping the bottom gasket attached to the window.

I actually have that piece you're talking about. PM if you want it, it's sitting in my garage.

Not sure what somebody could do with it, but if you want it you got it.
