does this include all required mounting hardware and do you have an idea of what shipping would be to williamsburg, va? i did a quick search on the ups site guessing at the rough weight of these things and it doesn't look like ups ground shipping would be much more than 10-15 dollars depending on if i was even in the ball park at guessing the weight. consider them sold to your's truly if you have this info.

You would unbolt your bumper, retain the bolts, unbolt the bumper support (thin piece of metal), disgard the current bolts, slip the tow hooks in and bolt the assembly back to the frame....
