This is for the JK unlimited and is out of my 2008 that I just sold. It's basically brand new since I rarely carried anything back there and my Jeep only had 4K miles when I sold it. It has a tall lip going around the outside so it will hold a good amount of water if you have a cooler or something that spills. It has the cutout for the subwoofer and I did cut it out for mine so it will work with or without the sub but you will have a gap where the sub goes if you don't have one.
