I recently picked up the HOSS system of C-list and the guy that sold it to me gave me the cover for it. Problem is, I have a 2 door so I don't have much use for the 4-door cover as it doesn't fit over the whole thing quite right.

This is the Mopar made variant that says Jeep on it instead of Bestop.

I'm selling it for $100 and don't mind shipping it (shipping shouldn't be more than $12-15 at max).

Do you know if it is waterproof or resistant?

It is water resistant, not water proof. It's also quite sturdy, the seams are all double stitched and have re-enforced corner pads for the edges of the hard top.
