Not trying to put down your thread, but I sold my 2012 rubicon rails with 4000 miles for $100 today. I couldn't find anyone interested when I had them at that price. Hope you get what you are asking though!

 

Thanks for the feedback. I regularly see Rubi Rails on the forum sell for $50.00 to $100.00. Most side step appear to sell for closer to the $200.00 range. No hurry to sell, just don't need them though someone else may.

Just thought I'd chime in.... I bought a set of JKU Rubi rails for $100 off CL and sold my Sahara steps for $175.

You have to factor in and consider that the intent for these is very different... rails are for armor/protection and the steps are for convenience. There are a lot of aftermarket options for adding armor, but not quite as many for steps that look and fit right... and it seems Sport/X (and even some Rubicon) owners who want a factory looking step for getting in/out easier (usually for spouse/kids/family reasons) tend to look at the plastic ones on Sahara models.
