Default SOLD: Spare Tire Relocation Bracket (Rock Slide Engineering?)
The bracket was only used for a few weeks for mounting my 35s on my stock tailgate. I have since added a rear bumper with carrier.

I am pretty sure this is the Rock-Slide Engineering Spare Tire Relocation Bracket. It will move the tire Up and Outward to avoid the spare hitting your factory or aftermarket bumper. Installs quick and easily with supplied hardware. Retails for $69.
