I recieved a quote of $1500 complete for 4:88 gears and install but that seems high.

Installation prices seem to vary widely based on your area. I just had mine done for about $1400, but that included the Yukon 5.13 gears, bearing kits, ARB diff covers and all shop supplies.

Thats prob on the High end......but yes it varies from area to area.
