I have had this bumper for about a year and a half. It is in great condition aside from the usual dirt. It is powder coated black and there are a few surface scratches from the winch but they do not go to the steel. The bumper includes the winch plate and skid. I am not going to ship the bumper but will meet with in an hours drive. I am in Nashville TN.
