I want to use both a spring and quick disconnect to connect my antenna. I bought this stuff quite a while ago, and I am horrified to learn that it is not going to go together. I have tried every combination but nothing works. Does anyone know of a double female adapter that would work here?

 

They actually make a double female spring. That would work.

 

Where can I find it? I have been searching for an hour and can't find a double female ANYWHERE?

I was mistaken earlier. It was a male to female. My quick disco is the same. I had my antenna screwed into the spring, and the spring screwed into the quick disco. I will need to go look at how my disco is screwed into the mount.

 

UPDATE:

All of my problems went away today for the small sum of $4.95 (+ tax) this is a universal cb antenna mount that is double female.
