My antenna mount is kinda unlevel. Is this going to be a problem I try to tune it? It slants to the right abit. I swear the rugged ridge stuff is not made very well!!!! Not to happy with their QC department.

How bad is the bracket bent? Could be damaged in shipping? Contact Rugged Ridge or the place you purchased for a replacement?

To answer your question.......no, it should not be a problem, unless it puts the antenna closer to any metal because of the angle.

Put an adjustable wrench on it and straighten it out. Bend the metal using the wrench.
