Antenna mount help!?

Antenna mount help!?
I have a tramp stamp and no tire carrier or anything on the back of my jk and want to get a home made antenna mount! What's something I can do to put the bracket in the tailgate holes??

I am getting ready to do this. Going to use angle iron. Drill holes to match up to the top 2 tailgate bolts from the stock carrier and drill a hole on top center for the antenna. Going to use rubber washers between angle iron and paint.
