Cb coax extension?

Mounted it above the review. When I open up my tailgate all the way it pulls the coax up from we're it's tucked away and there is no slack

I want to mount mine in my 2011 up there. Is it possible to do this with out cutting or drilling any plastic?

Uhm you might be able to use double sided tape but doubt that would e strong enough, or maybe a racket that wraps around the plastic?

Just finished mounting a uniden 510 in my 2011 mounted it above the rearview drilling two small holes in the plastic then ran the coax thru the roll bar pads on the passenger side, had about a foot of excess cable at the tire carrier worked good running it that way.
