you could always use the external accessory BT mic for your bluetooth calling and a regular 6 pic mic for your CB usage...

Thanks actually a great suggestion. We aren't even using the BT feature at this point so that functionality won't be lost but we would like a better mic.

GOOD NEWS:
Cobra has some great customer service and they are sending us a new mic.

Didn't even need to give them the SN they just took our address and said we should see it in about 5 days. Still would like a better mic but we should at a minimum be heard soon.
