I have never had anything but excellent support from Cooltech. Even tried to help me out when we figured out the GateMount kit doesn't work with my ExpoOne rear bumper. I can't say enough good things about them, or their customer service.

Now Cobra on the other hand.... guess they're to busy making $20 FRS radios to be bothered to support their product.

For the record, I still have my Cobra 75. It's just that it's sitting broken in a box. In my garage. I could never get them to return my calls or e-mails. So basically I have a $100 paper weight. I am less than impressed. I wish the JK was more condusive to mounting radio equipment. There seems to be no place that's easy to reach to mount the gear to where it's out of sight.

cobra anwser the first time I called and told me to ship it back for them to fix. But how long would that take??? How knows!! So I was hoping to get it replaced through CoolTech... But they were busy and my impatience to get a replacement caused this thread. Next time I'll give a few days
