Don't laugh at me!
Here is another with all that you need except the meter:

I wouldn't call this a hand held unit (meaning portable) but a compact mobile unit.
It does have all it controls within the MIC, so that would be hand held mobile...
I have it and also HAM HT's (which are portable).. or maybe I miss understood..
either way it requires pretty much a 12V connection to the battery... etc.
just letting you know don't plan on being able to hike with it. Thus it is a mobile

They do make CB HT (Hand Held radios)

and Boo Hiss an HT CB would be a good option you might consider...
happy Jeep'in
I loved mine with the big hands I have but installed it without a SWR meter and burned it up quick. I ordered a cobra 29 with weather channels, cant wait till she arrives!!!

I currently run the same setup and as far as performance it blows away the cobra 75 (which I have had too) except for space savings but the cobra 29 mounts in allot of spaces and doesn't take up much room as far as I or my wife think. Both radios will be a good choice, just how far you want to get out and features should be your deciding factor!! Good Luck.
