If your SWRs are that good, your grounded good. Your setup would not return those kind of SWR readings otherwise. You need to get a buddy to test with. I have the same problem trying to get a radio check. As stated, your mic may be bad as well. A buddy to help you out if even 1 block away to start would be a great help.

 

I went to a cb shop today and they tested my mic. Turns out the mic is bad. Hopefully I can trade out the mic instead of installing a complete unit.
