Grounding issue?
 
I decided to rehook up my CB Radio today. When I Hold the mic key, the dash lights up, headlights flash, and wipers go off. Looks like some sort of grounding issue, but it never did this when I had it hooked up last year. Thoughts?

Sounds like RF. Put some ferrite chokes on the coax to the antenna and power cable.

be sure you antenna cable is not cut somewhere and be sure it is run by itself not next to any other wires. be sure the pl-259 are threaded on all the way too.
