Grounding issue?

Grounding issue?
I decided to rehook up my CB Radio today. When I Hold the mic key, the dash lights up, headlights flash, and wipers go off. Looks like some sort of grounding issue, but it never did this when I had it hooked up last year. Thoughts?

Sounds like RF. Put some ferrite chokes on the coax to the antenna and power cable.
