Default Grounding Wire from CB Antenna?

I recently installed my Cobra CB and teraflex CB mount. When I tried tuning the antenna I'm getting readings way up the in the red (5-10). I then ground down the teralfex mount as some had suggested on here, still nothing. I figure I need to run a grounding wire/strap from the mount to...where? I looked under the Jeep and everything seems to be painted or powdercoated, not too sure if I'm confortable taking an angle grinder to the underside of my baby.

Do you all have any advice or even better, some pics of the ground wire you ran and to where.

Thanks

I ran mine from the antenna mount through the hole in the tailgate with the antenna cable and fed it to the inside of the tub with all the other wires. Then I drilled a small hole and screwed it down behind the carpet. Covered it with some silicone and it works great.
