KB9QBT have been a ham since 1997 upgraded in 2007 to exrta class.

kept my call sign as thats whats on my license plates.

didn't realize there was this many hams on here, presently running
an Icom 208h mounted under the seat with the control head mounted
on the footman loop above the mirror. using a terra flex antenna mount
and a mfj rough rider antenna for now, have a diamond 7900 clone to
install when time permits.

eventually would like to mount hf rig, a icom 706 or something along that line.

Hey Jeepers.... KD6QZX here. I installed a Yeasu FT100D using a ATAS100 for both HF and 440-2M. I added a custom made mike holder ( Much like BULLFROG makes) and a remote speaker near the b-pillar by my left ear, works great!

73's to you all!

Welcome Scott. Another local boy. There aren't too many SoCal people in this part of the forum which is odd since there are so many on this board. Anyways look forward to meeting you on one of the local runs.
