I contacted "Cecil", the owner of the PAPA syatem and he said he got your email and was going to have one of the guys give you a shout. Let me know how it works out for you and welcome to the HAM community. I've been a HAM for about 40 years and it is a GREAT hobby as well as having some very practical uses. Particularly out there with the earthquakes and fires. As you probably know, cell phones are one of the first systems to go down and the HAM system is typically the last to go... if ever.
