So I'm looking for a cb but I don't know where too start please give me some ideas on a good cb that won't be that expensive thank you

 

The cobra 75 seems to be popular. I have one and installed it but I have yet to use it.

I have the Uniden Pro 510xl. I bought it on amazon for cheap. Also, pick up your antenna and coax cable at a truck stop. They are cheaper there then online, plus no shipping!

 

The Cobra 75 is a nice unit but the speaker in the MIC sucks IMO... plan on buying an external speaker...

The nice thing about it you can install it under the glove box and remove the MIC/Control unit and store it away when not in use so no one knows it's there.

i love my cobra 29lx. the speaker sounds good and i love the fact im able to change the display color. if you want to mess with ppl on the streets you can hook up a pa system too and its a good laugh
