Almost done, ran into a little problem yesterday. Had to make an extension for the ground wire.

Hard to tell from the pic, but I angled the radio bracket more towards the driver.

Ok, all done!! Really happy with the install. One thing that I noticed with this set up, when I'm running around with the top off or down, most of the radio is shielded from the sun by the sheet of aluminum.

Are you still able to get to the Freedom top latch once this bracket is installed?

I like the idea of having one up there......I had one there in my old truck. But in a Jeep, when you have the top off, what happens when it's raining mud...???

Same thing that happens everywhere else in a Jeep when it's raining mud.

It gets wet and muddy. , but at least it's not under water with the floor mats.
