Default Ideas for coax cable on swing away tire carrier?

Hey guys I have a Rock Hard tire carrier / bumper, 4" firestik and 18' coax cable and was curious how you guys run the coax cable using a swing away? Mine has a spindle on the passenger side and is not connected to the tailgate so I didn't think I could use the existing 3rd brake light opening.

My tire carrier has a tab to mount the antenna I just need to know how to get the cable inside. I couldnt find any pictures with this set up.

Thanks

Have you taken a look at Project-jk.com and their wiring write-up?

I pulled my taillight off and ran the cable in there. I had to use my die grinder to make a grove for the cable.

I ran mine through the tailgate. The antenna is mounted to a bracket I made from some aluminum flat bar. The braket is mounted to the tailgate, not the tire carrier.

I have one more suggestion that I haven't seen yet. Run the cable on the inside, from the radio along the passanger side of the tub. When you get to the rear bar of the sports bar, there should be a hole, plugged witha grommet. This leads behind the rear corner and should drop strait down to the bottom of the Jeep. From there you can squeeze the cable bewteen the rear bumper and the body up tomthe spindle where you can follow the arm up, zip tieing the cable as you go, to your final destination of the antenna.
