I have been trying to narrow down the cause of the remaining interference on my cb without much luck, until the other day. I noticed that when using the power windows and when I lock or unlock the doors with the power lock switch my slight interference disappears completely. Can anyone explain why or if this gives a clue as to what needs to be done to get rid of the slight interference permanently?

 

Where are you getting your power and ground from for the CB?

 

power is from the dash through the cigarette lighter and the ground is from the subwoofer bolt near the gate.
