Just passed my Tech Exam
Me and the wife tested today and qualiifed for our Technician license's! Now I have another way besides my JK to drain my income

Congratulations to both you and your wife ! ! Well done ! If you haven't already done these things, I recommend that you consider the following actions:
(1) Contact and join your local HAM club. A great source of data for beginners.
(2) Take a look at the Yaesu VX-6 dual band UHF/VHF hand held radio. It is a small, reasonably priced and a bullet proof radio. The performance is exceptional and a great first radio. It is my most used radio.
(3) Spend some time on the ARRL web site. I joined about a week after I received my Technician license. It is an unbelievable data resource and has a
fantastic on-line store for books, equipment and clothes.
You have just joined an exclusive fraternity and a fascinating hobby.
