On a new subject, what does everyone like for there CB's? Cobra, uniden, specific models. I hear so much about every different one, and what I do and dont need that i'm getting swamped over here with information!

If you use the Velcro mounting you will need to put an external speaker on it. As the bottom of the radio is where the speaker is usually mounted in the radio. Thus you won't hear with it on the dash.
So get a small external, I mounted mine above the rear view mirror.
