my radio is super solid! does not move at all. as for the wires no u really cant see them. my job is very neat. the wires run out the panel by the footman loop and run twards the front. all u really see is where they plug in, but honestly u dont even see the radio until u really look.

 

I really dig that! I wanted a sweeter cb than my uniden 520xl but I was scared about the weight. Here's my set up I just drilled straight into the plastic paneling. Its only like 2 lbs so the panel can handle it.

so my nebighor who is a OTR truck driver told me about this awesome CB shop in warton. its called buzz bros and he said they sell and do everything.. he also said its family owned and the guy is x army and he was a radio tech, so u can imagine what they do. gonna check it out. he also said they will tune ur SWR in house. just fyi for all.
