If you're never going to upgrade to a 35" or larger tire, an aftermarket tire carrier , or change out your rear bumper then either mount would do but seem kind of pricey.
Many of the above upgrades can cause you to remove the stock tire mount or have to relocate your license plate. Most aftermarket tire carriers have a tab welded on for the CB antenna.
Don't invest too much if your only going to upgrade it later.
