Galls has a 100w siren box speaker that fits between the grille shell and the radiator...

They're $99, but doesn't put a big bell horn speaker anywhere under the hood.

I had mine placed on the driverside frame behind the the front bumper for 2 yrs, until i hit a bump and it broke off the mount! I drilled a hole next to the speaker to allow drainage when i went mudding or crossed any water and the speaker continued to work! Cost less than 20 dollars.

I mounted mine PA speaker under my winch plate behind the bumper. Since I did not have factory fog lights I added diamond screen to keep large object out. This PA speaker is attached to a Whelen Siren system which is also attach to the horn. This allows me to use the horn ring for a loud air horn effect through the speaker and with a flip of the switch to PA, pickup the mic and I'm in business.

Only pick I have and you can barely see the PA speaker through the grill.

I don’t have one on my jeep but I have had them on other vehicles and one thing I can tell you is to slant it downward to prevent it from holding water.
