2012 has a little different interior than 2011. But, yes, that should work. I installed it on my '12. It is very nice.

The interior is the same. I have 2011, and went to the dealer for an oil change, afterwards I parked my red Sahara unlimited next to a red Sahara unlimited 2012. There is not one thing different with the outside or inside. The only difference is the engine and tranny.
