Default Radio Wiring Question

IV got a quick wiring question.
I d like to put a cb and ham in the Jeep.
If I ran a 12ga from the battery into the cockpit of the Jeep, would it provide enough power for both radios or should the wire be 10 gauge?
Dont want to have to run power wires for both if I dont have to.
Hope I made it clear what I want to do.
Thanks.

I have a 10 gauge from the auxiliar battery to a fused power distribution block, and then to CB, lights front, rear, a pillar, rock lights, and 2 cigarrete plug outlets... never had a problem...
