used a zip tie to mount it on top of the dash in the center. Didn't like the sound coming from behind me or over me with the soundbar and rollbar installs i tried.

Do you have a picture of the dash mount with zip tie?

I mounted mine above the rear view mirror. It works pretty good.

I finished my external speaker mount yesterday! I mounted it above the rear view mirror. All I used was zip ties! Thanks everyone for showing me your examples!

Work Great because you can still hear the CB w/ the Music going (Pretty Loud) because its behind your head.

No pics here at work but I mounted mine above the mirror. works great and doesnt get in the way of the roof. I just used zip ties off of the side lugs of the mounting bracket, cant see them at all.

I stole Gokracers idea, but used a bigger speaker. I had to run an extension on the plug (my CB is a Cobra 75, mounted under my glove box).



You can hardly tell it is there when the cover is zipped up.
