Default '13 JK Radio Replacement - Problem

My head unit has decided to crap out, so needs to be replaced. I found one that will work from Crutchfield and was about to order it, but checked with them to make sure everything looked good before ordering it. So entered the "chat" feature with them, who took some info from me about the Jeep and current system. He then proceeded to tell me that I would also need to replace every speaker I had as well so I don't "overheat the radio". He said that "the factory setup is a 2-ohm setup, which means that when you replace the radio, it will turn into a 4-ohm audio-system".

I assumed that using the factory amp would solve this, but I guess not?

Any insight into this by anyone?
