I got the update nav cd in the mail and thought this might fix things. No luck and it is still glitchy...steering control buttons jump to stations i dont have as pre sets and jumping back and forth between the same stations. This is driving me nuts!!,

I'm actually pretty excited that just the other day I figured out how to save Sirius stations I like as "favorites". I kept looking for a button and my wife happened to say "try holding your finger on the screen". Ta da! Small things make my day!

I don't know how to fix the problems you are having but I can further confirm that your issue is not normal. I have the 730N model on a 2011 and don't experience that.

There is a TSB for steering wheel control problems, Dealership needs to flash the controller. Mine was already done last month.

Give the steering wheel a firm downward smack from the 3 o'clock position.

TSB I'm pretty sure means Technical Service Bulletin. Something the manufacturer sends out to dealers to notify them of a problem. Flash is a term used meaning to reprogram computers or other hardware, in this case, the computer controlling the buttons on your steering wheel.

FYI guys the Rapid Response (TSB) was 11-070, the service adviser actually told me about it when I bought my jeep in for the soft top recall.

After the update my steering wheel controls were much more responsive.
