Default 2012 JK Door Chime Doesn't Work ...

This is my first post and this is also my first Jeep. I must say that I completely love every single moment driving this fine piece of machinery. I took my doors off for the week because the weather was amazing and when I put them back on today I connected the wiring harness, etc and everything electrical seems to have worked fine, except now I am noticing that the chime that I used to hear doesn't seem to be working when I open the door. I prolly shouldn't be complaining , but my OCD is taking over. I tried going through the EVIC controls but I can't find anything. Just curious if this is a known condition. Thank you, all!!

The only chime I can think of is when the key is in, or the lights are on. Are you not getting that anymore? I've taken my doors off and on a lot, so it all works for me.

Did you plug all the wires in fully and re-clip them? Sometimes I would just plug them back in but not move the red thing. Then my window wouldn't go down, or door unlock and I'd have to push up on the connecter and it would work again.

once I put the red clip back in, it has kept the connecters nice and snug. and no issues since.

Thank you, Edge ... i think I was just going crazy. For some reason I thought the door chimes would activate upon opening the door even w/o a key in the ignition. Everything else does work, so I think I will just chalk this up to my stupidity.
