2013 JKU PCM, electrical issue
I just came back into the country after months of being gone and the Jeep mostly sitting. Since being back, I have a p0128 thermostat rationality, p0128 low coolant temp, p0137 o2 sensor 1/2 circuit, p0480 cooling fan 1 control circuit open, p0693 cooling fan 2 control too low, p0710 transmission temp sensor circuit, b11cd-00 main/left temp door travel too large.
As of now the Jeep drives fine, the issues that concern me are the codes, along with the electric cooling fan runs on high at all times, when the engine is on. The ac has lights flashing on when you first stick the key in the ignition. At times while vehicle is running or even off the lights flash twice and the vehicle unlocks. My reasoning for the PCM being the culprit, is that mostly every issue or code is circuit related. Any thoughts on where to begin looking?
Thanks

1) battery. Make sure it is still of sound mind and body. Take it to an autoparts store and have it load tested.
2) electrical gremlins. Disconnect the negative, then positive battery terminals. Touch the two together for several seconds to make sure there is no charge left anywhere in the system. After about 15-30 minutes, put them back on the battery. That should reset the PCM.
