So my radio will not tune to any station and makes a click sound every few seconds. When I try I connect, I can hear her speaking but does the same audio click and muted here every few seconds , I made a video and uploaded to YouTube. Please help !!!

Interesting issues you're having. Initially I thought maybe a bad antenna connection. I'd suggest taking the dash apart, remove the radio and remove all connectors from the back of the radio / spraying a small amount of contact cleaner in both the connector and the ports on the radio, and re-seating the connectors (make sure they snap in place). Then see if the problem(s) went away prior to reinstalling your dash.

If that didn't work, then look on craigslist for another radio (it looks like an REQ). They're going for $20 - $40 around here. Let us know what you find.

There are threads on this site and others, that give step-by-step instructions on dash removals.
