Default 2016 jku hemi swap - ac fan

Hey there. I have a 2016 JKU I completed a 5.7 hemi swap in around October 2025. harness and computer are from hotwire auto, using the stock 3.6 fan. Naturally as we move into the hotter months, the AC does not get cold at idle, but gets cold when I start moving. Condenser and grill are clear. Took it to a hotrod shop near me and they said it looks like my fan is not getting a signal to turn on when the AC clutch is engaged, but the fan is working normally with temps and gets up to high speed. Do I need to purchase an external PWM fan controller even though im resuing the stock fan or does it sound like theres a disconnect somewhere in the stock fan wiring?
