Hella sells a rubber encased 4" round "spotting light" as they call it, that could be mounted under a bumper pretty easily. They are sold individually and are inexpensive, at about $15.00 each: at least that's what the website I saw them on was asking.

I just picked up a set at a local shop, OK4wd for $14.25 per light. Thanks again.
They were just what I was looking for.
