Default 730n radio problems

Hey all,

I have a 2009 JKU with a factory 730n MyGig radio. I bought the Jeep used about 6 months ago, and the whole time I have owned it, I have been having issues. I love the radio and navi, listen to Sirius almost 100% of the time. My only issue is that I get random phantom touch screen pushes that will change the radio station, open settings menu, or open the maps from the radio. It gets kind of annoying, because in many cases the phantom press will be a "long press" and change my presets around. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue and if there was a repair for it. I have seen some guys online that will replace or repair the LCD screens, but I don't know if that includes the touch sensors as well, or if it is even a screen issue and not a firmware issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
