Default Add sub to infinity system

Hello, curious which would be best. First stereo upgrade I want to do, is add an additional sub to my infinity system. Either LOC at the Subwoofer then to amp, or use a PAC harness at the radio before the infinity amp. Does anyone know which way will work better. I always thought to go from the radio would be better, but tapping from the sub would already give me just the lows.

any thoughts!!!!

LOC is a little cheaper - about $ 20 to $ 40
PAC Harness seems to be about $ 80 / but no splicing needed

What kind of sub are you wanting to add ? And why would u want to add on to the factory system ? You would be way more pleased just taking the factory sub out and putting one nice sub in there

I know, however Jeep decided to mold the sub in the new 2011 interiors, you cannot just take the sub out. I wish I had not ordered my 2011 with the infinity system, because even if I add a sub, I cannot take out the infinity one. I will send you a pic if you havent seen the new ones

You may be able to remove the molded sub enclosure and replace with the non-infinity version of the plastic panel. Worth some thought.

Hi, i thought about that too to save some room, but the cost I doubt will be worth it.
